Your information

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 24, 2026 · Last updated: October 24, 2026

Before you apply. Novexxa is preparing its services for launch. Please provide only the information requested in the application. Do not submit passwords for other services, payment-card details, bank login credentials, or sensitive identity information unless the website explicitly requests it through a verified, secure process.

1. Scope

This Policy describes how information may be collected and processed when you visit the Novexxa website, submit an account application, confirm your email, or use available account-request features. Processing also depends on the website's configuration and the providers supporting it.

2. Information you may provide

3. How information is used

Information may be used to process applications, verify email addresses, authenticate sign-in, maintain account preferences, operate available request workflows, respond to support queries, protect the website, troubleshoot issues, and prepare services for launch.

4. Authentication and PIN protection

Sign-in authentication is handled through Supabase Authentication. The application is designed to submit a transaction PIN to a server-side database function for hashing rather than intentionally store it as plain text in the public profile record. This description is not an independent security certification. Do not reuse passwords or PINs from other accounts.

5. Service providers and storage

The website uses Supabase for authentication and database services. Information may be processed or stored in the project's configured infrastructure. Email delivery, hosting, and other technical providers may process information needed to provide their services, subject to their terms and the project's configuration.

6. Access and disclosure

Authorized personnel managing the website may access relevant records for account support, maintenance, security, and application review. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the website, or others.

7. Retention and deletion

Information may be retained for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, operational requirements, security, or applicable legal obligations. The website may not currently provide self-service deletion. To ask about your information or request a review, contact support@facil-hub.online. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

8. Security

Technical controls are intended to limit unauthorized access, but no online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. The website's security and compliance posture may change as services are prepared for launch. Avoid sending information that is not necessary for your application.

9. Your choices and rights

You may choose not to submit an application. Required fields are marked in the form; if you leave them blank, the application may not be accepted. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information. Contact support to raise a privacy request.

10. International processing

Online infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than your own, depending on their configuration. Applicable protections and rights depend on relevant law and your circumstances.

11. Children

The website is not intended to collect personal information from children. Do not submit personal information about a child through the application.

12. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated as the website and services develop. The revision date at the top shows the latest stated update.
